We have handled initial Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and RVSM manual projects and subsequent changes and updates for many years. Manuals produced are delivered to the customer in a hard copy format as well as a protected Adobe ® PDF (Portable Document Format) . We view the protection of our intellectual property as a foremost business goal and we do this to protect our investment as well as yours.
WingsWest maintains an extensive Minimum Equipment List (MEL) library of both commercial and business aircraft for FAA and many aviation authorities worldwide. Our many years of experience will ensure your project is completed on time and within the budget we agree upon. We have recently added the Embraer Phenom 100 MEL to our vast library and this includes the latest Maintenance (M) and Operational (O) procedures. Click this link for a sample Phenom 100 MEL
Most MEL publication services require the operator to fill out a multi-page worksheet before proceeding with an MEL project. WingsWest can also approach the project in that manner but for a reasonable extra charge we can eliminate this time-consuming step for the operator. WingsWest will come to your location; spend about four to six hours with the aircraft and produce an accurate MEL based upon our inspection with minimal operator support.
After the operator approves the initial draft of the MEL, manuals are completed and shipped and the operator hand delivers them to his local FAA FSDO or other aviation authority office. When their review has been completed the operator is expected to coordinate with their authority and provide WingsWest with the changes or questions asked. Once received we typically turn the document around in a matter of days while content is still fresh in the mind of your aviation inspector.
